1. Once the order is requested, it will be prepared from BUBA CAMARÓN specifically for each client.
2. Orders will be collected at our facilities by a specialized cold transport company, so that the product arrives perfectly preserved at its destination.
3. The products will be shipped by refrigeration, so they cannot be frozen again. The shelf life is 2 days in the refrigerator.
4. The shipments will be delivered to the address that the client has provided in the questionnaire provided on the web. It is important that all the requested data is covered and correctly. Buba Camarón is not responsible for shipments in which the customer has not correctly provided the address.
5. The customer must ensure that there is someone at the address provided to receive the order. If this is not the case, the costs incurred by both shipping and order will be borne by the customer.
6. Products are shipped in refrigerated transport and kept in the refrigerator for 2 days and cannot be refrozen.
Free shipping: For orders over € 150.00.
Shipping: Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will cost € 9.50.
Now, shipping from Monday to Thursday is free
Orders placed on Fridays: Orders placed on the web on Fridays will have two shipping options, receive them on Saturday paying a supplement, or delivery on Tuesday.
Saturday delivery supplement: Deliveries made on Saturdays will have an additional cost of € 9.90, in addition to the corresponding cost of € 9.50.
Weekend orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.
