Bubacamaron boiled and delicious lobsters come directly from Canadian Atlantic coast. Their intense taste and high quality is due the cold waters. Bubacamaron lobsters are carefully selected for our consumers, becoming the most valued seafood.
Lobsters are decapod crustaceous characterised by the great size of their two front pincers. They have a robust, strong and lengthened body and a smooth trunk. Their shell is really strong and their abdomen presents seven rings that form the body. Their flesh differs in each of their parts and its main characteristic is the white colour and flavourful taste. This animal can reach even more than 50 years old.
Lobsters live in Atlantic and Mediterranean seas and prefer rocky profundities below 50 meters. They are solitary, aggressive and nocturnal animals. Their diet consists on a variety of molluscs, fishes, octopuses, squids and cuttlefishes.
They reproduce in summer, every two years and always look for a warm place (temperatures over 15 degrees).
Fishing period cover from May to August and the most usual tool used are specific fishing creels.
